Return Policy
Contact ANSHI EDIT Customer Care within 14 days after delivery before returning an item. We will provide the return instructions and designated return address.

Change-of-mind returns
Eligible consumers may notify us of a change-of-mind cancellation within 14 days after delivery, without giving a reason. You may inspect and handle the product to the extent reasonably necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning, as you could in a shop. You may be responsible for diminished value caused by handling beyond that level. Return the product with its original packaging, tags and accessories where reasonably possible. The customer pays the direct cost of change-of-mind return postage to our designated warehouse in Shenzhen, China unless applicable law requires otherwise.
Damaged, defective or incorrect items
Email customer care promptly with your order or tracking reference, a description of the problem and clear photographs of the item and packaging. When the product is damaged, defective, incorrect or not as described, we will provide an appropriate remedy and cover reasonable return costs where required. European Union consumers have a minimum two-year legal guarantee for goods that are faulty or not as advertised. Your mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
Return authorization
Do not send a return without contacting us first. Returns sent to an unapproved address, sent without identifying order information or sent cash-on-delivery may not be accepted.
Return address in China
All returns use the address below in Shenzhen, China. Contact customer care before sending a return to confirm the parcel instructions. The company's registered office is not a return address.

Refunds
For an eligible consumer withdrawal, we refund amounts required by applicable law, including the cost of the least expensive standard delivery offered where required, without undue delay and no later than 14 days after receiving the withdrawal notice. We may withhold the refund until the goods are received or you provide evidence of return, whichever occurs first. Other approved refunds are processed after the returned item is received and inspected. Refunds are sent through the original payment method unless another lawful method is agreed.
